Low-profile Series V cooling tower configuration designed for height-restricted installations and flexible indoor or ducted applications.
The BAC VTL Cooling Tower is a low-profile configuration within the Series V cooling tower family. It is designed for applications where overall equipment height is restricted, such as installations with limited rooftop clearance, indoor mechanical rooms, or projects where architectural constraints limit the available vertical space.
The Series V configuration uses counterflow heat transfer with centrifugal fans and forced-draft airflow. The centrifugal fans can overcome external static pressure from ductwork, providing additional installation flexibility for indoor and ducted applications.
VTL configurations are particularly useful when a conventional high-profile cooling tower cannot meet the available installation height or airflow arrangement.
